American originally opened the Admirals Club at Ezeiza International Airport in 1991, and in order to further enhance the travel experience for customers, American has teamed up with Iberia to build the new joint lounge in Terminal B (across from Gate 9) on the upper level. Admirals Club and Iberia VIP Lounge guests may access the upper level by either stairs or the elevator. Additionally, this VIP lounge is conveniently close to the boarding gates for Iberia flights.

We just renewed our Business Class and Economy Class cabins on flights to Buenos Aires and the lounge is the final touch to an excellent service”, said Frédéric Martinez, Iberia Director for Latin America.
The more than 5,000-square-foot facility is very spacious, with a floor plan that offers several seating areas with comfortable chairs and accommodates up to 124 guests. It includes a communal table, TV viewing area, business center and complimentary self-service bar. In addition, the lounge features a coffee bar, restrooms and two shower suites. The club’s interior design focal point is a curving wooden wall that travels the length of the lounge, bringing rhythm and warmth to the space. The variety of finishes, including polished terrazzo, light wood paneling and stainless steel give the space a bright and modern feel. Power outlets are provided in the lounge with Argentinian and USB connections, making it easy for members to charge personal devices throughout the lounge. Complimentary Wi-Fi access is offered throughout the new lounge and guests can take advantage of the multi-functional Business Center that provides six private workstations, four PCs with a shared printer, a copier and a flat-fee fax service, plus a global printing solution powered by PrinterOn, which allows guests to submit print jobs via email or webpage uploads from any location and retrieve them in the lounge.
A self-service bar provides guests with wines, beer and liquors, in addition to complimentary coffee, tea, soft drinks and juices.
Other services at the new Iberia and American lounge in Buenos Aires include checkroom, flight Information monitors, newspapers and magazines.
The jointly-operated Buenos Aires lounge will be staffed by both American and Iberia employees to serve our customers’ needs. The lounge is open from 6:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.
